Why the media stays silent on Africa's biggest stories
When stories about Africa spread, mainstream outlets often stay quiet, not by mistake, but because silence itself protects their interests.
Alkebulanians,
Have you ever wondered why the loudest headlines about Africa always circle back to famine, war, or disaster and why the biggest betrayals rarely appear at all?
That gap is not random. It is a choice. Western media has built a rhythm: showcase suffering, suppress sovereignty. They will cover starving children, but not stolen gold.
They will follow rebels in the bush, but not bankers in Paris. They will air endless footage of refugees in boats, but almost nothing about the trade deals that drove them to leave. And the reason is simple: once a story points back to Western power, it threatens to unravel the narrative that keeps the whole system intact.
Welcome to this continued investigation into social programs in Africa.
We started with Bill Gates’ alleged contraceptive program in Kenya but have covered many aspects of the medical and social engineering that organisations such as the WHO and Gates Foundation exercise on the continent.
