Not the Kenyan government. The Kenyan government had already agreed to the deal. Before the court stepped in, this thing was going ahead. And there are reports the government tried to push it forward anyway, court order or not.

This conversation we need to have is about our own accountability to ourselves as Africans and our ability to force our governments to do what they should for us.
