My brother, be patient with me.

While you might not really think too much about calling your graphic novel "The Crusaders", for a man who insists on history, and the current use of the word, "Crusade", I beg you change the name of the third episode of the good work to something else.

If not, defend your choice with reasoning while putting our modern culture in context.

A "crusade" refers historically to the Crusades, a series of religious wars in the Middle Ages (roughly 11th to 13th centuries) by European Christians to recapture the Holy Land from Muslim rule.

It is loosely used by Americans today to mean just that – a Christian religious campaign. It has broader meaning, "to crusade" means to campaign vigorously for something or to go on a crusade and could include campaigns to raise money for charity, or the struggle for equal rights.

I am sure this might have been the context for using "The Crusaders", but I ask that you consider.
